Below the floorboards, behind the kitchen clock, live the family of tiny people. Pod, Homily and their daughter Arriety own nothing at all. They borrow whatever they need from the 'human beans' who don't know they even exist ......... until the day Arriety makes friends with 'the boy' from upstairs. From that moment on,danger is never far away, for, above all else, they must avoid the great disaster of 'being seen'.

This hugely popular book by Mary Norton has been delightfully adapted for the stage by Lynn Robertson Hay. Her well written script was the winner of The Writers Guild award' for 'Best Children's Theatre' in 1995. This is wonderful pre-Christmas entertainment for the entire family.
