We're making special set pieces and some puppets in Mike's garage:

  • Worm/bootlace puppet: This is based on some 5" flexible ducting, and needs painting.
  • Large Boot: this needs making out of bamboo, chicken wire, cloth etc.  (The Borrowers crawl into it.)
  • Large Kettle: constructed; needs painting.
  • Clumps of tall grass: to be made out of strips of thin wood, assembled onto a base and painted.

There will be a few building/painting sessions for anyone interested:

 

  • Saturday 20th November (12:30pm): for everything (including finishing the boot)
  • Sunday 21st November (10am): especially for painting, and more boot construction
