Insurance

The Club carries insurance for itself and its members when working on Penguin shows. We do not insure productions or non-members; we advise all producing companies and other individuals we work with to have their own appropriate insurance in place.

Our policy (number NODASCHEME000187, block reference SCBDX7083205) is arranged by NODA Insurance (a trading name of Lloyd & Whyte Limited and not run by NODA itself) and underwritten by AXA Insurance UK plc. AXA Insurance UK plc is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority. Lloyd & Whyte Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

To make an insurance claim, call Lloyd & Whyte on 01823 250540. Please do not do this without first reaching out to the Club's Committee.

Please note the following:

• Our policy only covers unrecoverable expenses in the event of abandonment for certain specified disease, of which Covid-19 is not one.
• Those aged above 80 years are excluded from making personal accident claims.
