AGM 2011

The 2011 AGM will take place at 8pm on 17 June. Proceedings are generally brief and informal, and will be followed by a barbecue and socialising in Peter and Kate's new garden!

All are welcome, however much or little Penguining you've done in the past year. Food (both meaty and veggie) will be provided, but please bring your tipple of preference; and if you have any special dietary requirements, please let the Secretary know.

Remember that all Committee roles are open for election at every AGM, whether the current post-holder wishes to stand again or not, so if you have a fancy to be a part of the Committee please do consider standing. Any current Committee member would be happy to talk through the (not very onerous) things it involves.

Club members who are logged in to the site can read the minutes of last year's AGM, and see further information about this year's AGM, including the agenda and a nomination form for the committee positions. The full year's accounts will be available at the meeting.
