Lolworth barn reorganisation

A new storage space for props has recently been obtained at our props/scenery store in Lolworth. Because most of the scenery is currently in the ADC Theatre for Charley's Aunt and Under Milk Wood, we have some space to do some reorganising. We are planning to transfer all the props and as much of the furniture as possible from the present silo to the new props store. This will create space in the silo to store bulky items of scenery, which in turn will open up more space in the scenery store and workshop area.

We intend to take this opportunity to create a complete inventory of the props.

For most people, these midweek dates are not possible, but if anyone does have time available, we would be very pleased to see you at Lolworth. Coffee, tea and biscuits will be provided but please bring your own food if you plan to stay over lunch time.
