Get-in schedule:

  • Saturday 5th / Sunday 6th September (10.00 - 18.00): Initial set-up of gantry to carry mid-curtains / lights / projection.
  • Friday 11th September (afternoon, approx 16.00 - 18.00): Get-in of lighting and other equipment to Festival Theatre
  • Saturday 12th / Sunday 13th September (10.00 - 18.00): Rigging of lights - we need persons with experience / knowledge of lighting to assist.
  • Friday 18th / Saturday 19th September: All manner of other things to do, including setting stage, hanging curtains, and dressing auditorium.
